eForms Manager

The Public version of the eForms Manager component enable authorized system users with the ability to add. edit, delete and post correspondences Publicly to nutrition users and guests. This will enable the RIDE/Sponsor electronic exchange of nutrition related documents, food alerts, reminders, helpful links, or even follow-up documents to name a few possibilities.

This electronic public process (i.e. forms and resource materials directory, informational links) will streamline the paper and labor intensive functions that support Agency’s burdon to share documents, forms, spreadsheets, website links, etc. into a public  folder infrastructure that is organized by year, program, topic, etc.

The Secured option will display the My Documents button to only  authorized users and will allow the ability to launch “My Documents” to view all her/his secured correspondences/documents in a private “Documents” folder.
